Simply send email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note: SmugMug uses a professional lab renowned for color accuracy, print quality and consistency. When purchasing prints, in the shopping cart we recommend you always select color: 'true' as the Speaks' Images computer monitor is calibrated and the images are already color corrected before placing them on the website. Selecting color: 'auto' will result in SmugMug applying additional color corrections to the image(s). This could produce unsatisfactory results.
